Between the many features of LG Oven (Instaview, Easy clean, three heaters, remote control through mobile, recipes writing, etc), what is your favorite feature?
My favorite feature is Sous Vide* & Steam Cooking. Steam cooking enables you to cook using steam without opening the oven during cooking, LG oven comes with a built in water container used for steam cooking.
*Sous Vide is French for "under vacuum", implies that food should be sealed in a plastic bag with all the air removed. sous vide is both healthy and highly flavorful. Since the food is cooked in an airtight, oxygen-free environment at a low temperature, less salt and spices are needed while the food retains a much higher vitamin and mineral content.
What is your next recipe using LG Oven, why?
Previous recipe was lasagna to show the Heat Distribution feature in LG oven. The upcoming recipe will be seafood or Korean recipe to show the Easy Clean feature. We will try to mess up the oven and spray only water for cleaning without the need to strong chemical detergents.
