Pasta:

Meat Sauce:

  • • Half kilo Meat
  • • Quarter Cup Oil
  • • 2 Onions
  • • One Pack Tomato Sauce
  • • One spoon Oregano
  • • Basil (quantity not specified)
  • • Half Spoon Salt
  • • Half Spoon Pepper
  • • Water

Béchamel Sauce:

  • • 100 gram butter
  • • 80 gram flour
  • • 2 cups milk
  • • Lasagna Paper
  • • Ones Spoon Salt and pepper

Cheese:

  • • mozzarella cheese

Preparation Steps

  1. 1.  Cook Lasagna Sheets: Boil lasagna sheets until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2.  Prepare Meat Sauce: Sauté onion and garlic. Add ground meat, spices, diced tomatoes, and tomato paste. Simmer until thickened.
  3. 3.  Make Béchamel Sauce: Melt butter, add flour, and whisk until smooth. Gradually pour in milk, whisking constantly. Season with nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  4. 4.  Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
